1. Payment Process (외국인 맞춤 결제 절차)
외국인 고객님의 안전한 구독을 위해, 비자(Visa) 만료일에 맞춘 '맞춤형 선납 시스템'을 운영하고 있습니다.
For a secure subscription, we operate a 'Custom Prepayment System' tailored to your visa expiration date.
구독 신청 및 여권 제출
Apply & Submit Passport
원하시는 가구를 장바구니에 담아 구독을 신청해 주세요. 이때 여권(비자 만료일 포함) 사본을 반드시 첨부해야 합니다.
Please select your desired furniture and apply for a subscription. You must attach a copy of your passport (showing the visa expiration date).
비자 확인 및 금액 산정

담당자가 고객님의 체류 만료일을 확인하여, 최종 승인 가능한 구독 기간과 선납 금액을 계산합니다.
Our team will check your visa expiration date to calculate the approved subscription period and the total prepayment amount.
결제 안내 및 마이페이지 결제
Payment Notice & My Page Payment
최종 금액이 확정되면 결제 안내를 드립니다. 홈페이지 [마이페이지 - 회원결제]에서 확정된 선납금을 결제해 주세요.
Once the total amount is set, we will notify you of the payment. Please complete the payment via [My Page - Member Payment] on our website.
카드 결제 오류 시, 고객센터로 문의해 주세요.
If a card payment error occurs, please contact our customer center. We will provide bank transfer account information through customer support.
결제 완료 및 배송일 안내
Payment Complete & Delivery Schedule
결제가 완료(또는 입금 확인)되면 가구 출고가 진행되며, 확정된 배송 일자는 고객님께 한 번 더 안내해 드립니다!
Once the payment (or bank transfer) is confirmed, your furniture will be prepared for shipping, and the confirmed delivery date will be notified to you once again!

왜 매월 결제가 아닌 '일시 선납(Prepayment)'을 해야 하나요?
Why do I have to prepay the total amount instead of paying monthly?
외국인 고객님의 경우, 국내 신용평가 및 정기결제 자동이체 등록에 제한이 있어 보증금 대신 '비자 기간 내 전액 선납' 제도로 운영하고 있습니다.
Due to limitations in local credit evaluations and recurring card registrations for foreign residents, we operate a 'full prepayment system within the visa period' as an alternative to a security deposit.
제가 희망하는 구독 기간보다 비자 만료일이 짧으면 어떻게 되나요?
What if my visa expires sooner than my desired subscription period?
외국인 고객의 구독 기간은 비자 체류 만료일을 초과할 수 없습니다. 따라서 비자 만료일에 맞추어 구독 기간이 단축 조정되며, 조정된 기간만큼의 요금만 청구됩니다.
The subscription period cannot exceed your visa expiration date. Your term will be adjusted to match your visa, and you will only be billed for the adjusted period.
선납 기간이 끝난 후 구독을 연장할 수 있나요?
Can I extend the subscription after the prepaid period ends?
네, 가능합니다! 구독 종료 7일 전까지 고객센터로 문의해 주시면, 연장된 비자 기간을 재확인한 후 추가 결제를 통해 연장해 드립니다.
Yes! Please contact our customer center at least 7 days before the end date. We will re-verify your extended visa and process the additional payment for the extension.
가구를 반납하고 환불받을 수 있나요?
Can I return the furniture and get a refund?
설치가 완료된 이후에는 단순 변심으로 인한 취소 및 환불이 불가능합니다. 중도 해지 시 선납된 구독료와 배송료는 반환되지 않으니 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다.
Cancellations and refunds due to a simple change of mind are not allowed after installation. Prepaid fees and delivery charges are non-refundable for early termination, so please choose carefully.
